Harbortouch and third-party software providers may collect information about transactions performed by your customers through your interaction with us, use of our Services, or use of third-party software (“Transaction Data”). Transaction Data may include but is not limited to: date, time, location, and amount of a transaction, customer lists, customer profiles, information related to merchant performance and sales, merchants’ description of the goods or services sold (literal and/or visual), the customer’s name and email address, the payment method used, any description of the reason for the transaction, offer(s) associated with the transaction, and any other information related to a transaction processed while interacting with us or a third-party software provider.
We may use third-party service providers to process and store your Personal Information or Transaction Data.
Technologies We Use to Collect Information

If you participate in the TabbedOut program, we or ATX Innovation, Inc., with its principal place of business located at 804 Congress Suite 500, Austin, TX 78701, may use and share with third parties such as market research, wine and spirit, beverage, food and hospitality companies for marketing and other purposes information received from your sign-up and use of the program including your location, items your customers ordered, number and dollar amount of items ordered, dates and times of sales, amounts billed to your customers, and other information from your transactions.
Information We Share
We may share your Personal Information:
- With contractors, service providers, or financial institutions and other third-party companies we use to support our Services and which will assist us with establishing, maintaining and managing our relationship with you.
- With a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Harbortouch’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Harbortouch about our website users is among the assets transferred.

We implemented industry standard measures designed prevent accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure of information.
The safety and security of your Personal Information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
